The Columbia River Compact hurriedly convened on short notice at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 26 to consider ongoing late August non-Indian commercial fisheries. The previously scheduled 10-hour opener beginning at 8:00 p.m. Thursday, August 27 has been rescinded.
