The first Columbia River Compact of the 2009 fall fishery was held Wednesday, July 29 at the Duncan law Seafood Consumer Center in Astoria. Fall Fact Sheet No. 1 is appended as a PDF file. The subsequent Compact Action Notice for July 29, 2009 is also appended. Please note the addition of the multiple net rule for the Youngs Bay and Blind Slough Select Areas in the Compact Action Notice.
