Teriyaki Sturgeon w/Shiitake Mushrooms

Sturgeon, with its exquisite, firm white flesh, makes a great ingredient for grilling, whether in the kitchen or on the backyard barbecue. This recipe pairs sturgeon fillets with sesame and shiitake mushrooms. Marinate first, and then grill to perfection!
